Kimberly was my neighbor growing up. She was extremely helpful and patient during the entire shopping process. When we finally found a new build with Crescent Homes, she was awesome with ensuring the builders met quality control as well as handled all my negotiations with Crescent Homes. Crescent Homes was a little difficult to deal with and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her!

Kimberly is fantastic. She is an honest advisor both selling and buying. She listens carefully to what you want, and is really clear about sharing her knowledge to get you the best deal possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I'm just sad we moved away from Charleston and won't get to work with her again. She's so wonderful.
